Lord Aadinath, You are worshipped by celestial beings (‘Devas’), Chief disciples of ‘Tirthankaras’ (‘Ganadharas’) and wise individuals! You are ‘Buddha’ in the true sense because you have realized omniscient knowledge (‘Keval gyana’) or because your omniscience has been worshipped by celestial beings (‘Devas’) and Chief disciples of ‘Tirthankaras’ (‘Ganadharas’). Being the auxiliary cause of happiness and peace for all the three worlds, you are (called) ‘Shankar.’ You are (called) ‘Vidhata’ as you have described and demonstrated the process of attaining liberation. You are (called) ‘Brahma’ as you have developed the joy of liberation. You are indeed the perfect being (‘Purushottam’) revealed to us. 25.
विश्व में बुद्ध, शंकर, ब्रह्म-इन नामों से प्रसिद्ध अनेक देव हैं, किन्तु वास्तव में “बुद्ध/ कहलाने के आप ही अधिकारी हैं, क्योकि देवता विद्धानू, आपके ही बुद्धि-वैभव व सर्वज्ञता का लोहा मानते हैं। आप ही “शंकर“ कहलाने के अधिकारी हैं, क्योंकि आपके हाथों तीनों लोकों के प्राणियों का अत्यधिक कल्याण हो सका हैं। सच्चे अर्थों में आप ही “धाता“ हो, क्योंकि आपके द्वारा ही कल्याणकारी मोक्षमार्ग का प्रवर्तन हुआ था | हे धीर ! वीर ! भगवान ! आप ही समस्त उत्तम पुरूषों में भी श्रेष्ठ होने से “पुरूषोतम” कहलाने लायक हो यह बात अत्यन्त स्पष्ट है |
